The school community has been very active in fundraising over the past year and has raised over £200,000 towards the target of £650,000. This is a huge achievement for around 40 families. Numerous events have enabled us to edge ever closer to reaching this target: cakes sales, Smartie tubes filled with 20ps, a Christmas market and gingerbread competition, a charity concert, an Easter colouring competition and various non-uniform days. Coupled with donations large and small over the past year, we are trusting God to supply for our needs and are confident that we will be able, with God's blessing, to start putting a 'spade in the ground' next year. Various site surveys have already been undertaken since receiving planning permission and further surveys will take place this autumn in the hope of enlisting a contractor early in January 2018.

GREAT NEWS: Emmaus School been granted planning permission for a stylish and cleverly designed extension which will solve the current shortage of space and vastly improve the school’s facilities. This is brilliant news and an answer to our prayers.
We have been raising funds for the Building Fund for a number of years and it is estimated that we have already raised nearly £200,000 of the total projected cost. Our target is to finish raising the money by the end of the year, and we would love you to pray for God’s blessing on this project.
Please find below a summary of the extension plans including a film about the school and our proposed extension.
